According to the new Labor Code adopted in Ukraine, employers will not be able to call, text, or contact employees outside of work hours.
Modern.az reports that Halyna Tretyakova, head of the Social Policy Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, informed about this.
According to her, the new rules are aimed at protecting employees' right to rest. Thus, it will be legally prohibited for employers to contact employees on weekends and after work hours.
