Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that his country will continue its resistance during the winter months and will not surrender.
Modern.az reports that Zelensky made these remarks during the presentation of the new Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko.
"Ukraine will not surrender in winter, we will not allow anyone to do so. Everyone will continue to fight in their positions," he said.
