Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, made a harsh statement regarding the situation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainian army.
Modern.az reports that, according to him, Ukraine has recently lost control over hundreds of kilometers of territory and numerous settlements.
The diplomat claimed that the strikes by the Russian Armed Forces have seriously affected Ukraine's military-industrial facilities and logistics routes used for transporting weapons and dual-use materials.
Miroshnik added that the Ukrainian army has also faced difficulties in terms of the delivery of weapons sent by Western countries and stated that the possibilities of using sea routes have been significantly limited.
