Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a package of laws providing for restrictions on criminals hiding abroad and individuals recognized as "foreign agents."
Modern.az reports that, according to the new laws, these individuals are prohibited from registering as individual entrepreneurs or self-employed persons.
In addition, their applications for cadastral registration of real estate will be returned, their driving rights will be restricted, and they will not be allowed to register vehicles or conclude transactions based on power of attorney.
According to the package of laws, banks will refuse to conclude loan agreements with these individuals, and the online provision of state and municipal services to them will be restricted. Banks will also be prohibited from providing access to money transfers for these individuals via websites and mobile applications.
At the same time, their funds and other property may be frozen, their use of electronic signatures restricted, and they may not be allowed to use some consular and notary services.
