US Democrats are preparing investigations against Trump if they win the election.
Modern.az reports that "Reuters" has released information about this.
According to the information, the plan envisages holding hearings, sending subpoenas and requesting documents to investigate the decisions taken by the Trump administration and the possible use of the president's powers for the interests of himself, his allies or donors.
Democrats expect the White House to resist congressional demands, so they hope to obtain information through companies, contractors and financial structures associated with the administration.
Among the potential objects of investigation are "Apple", "Alphabet", "Palantir", "Blackstone", "BlackRock", as well as companies owned by Elon Musk, including "Tesla".
It was noted that the final list of targets has not yet been confirmed and official investigations have not yet begun.
