The Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC) has filed a lawsuit against Armenia's State Revenue Committee (SRC).

The Church demands that the customs inspection act No. 0011-A dated April 14, 2026, drawn up by the Post-Customs Control and Inspections Department, as well as the part of the decision of the Appeal Commission of the Tax and Customs Authorities of the SRC dated June 11, 2026, related to that act, be declared invalid.
The court accepted the lawsuit for proceedings and decided to consider the case in written proceedings.
The information does not disclose what specific violations were recorded in the customs inspection act and which demands of the SRC the Church is complaining about.
