Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today officially announced for the first time that Israel rejects the “Peace Council”'s 15-point plan for Gaza.

“Israel rejects the 15-point document. I have heard them tell us: "You haven't said this." So I say again: Israel rejects the 15-point document. There will be no withdrawal of the Israeli army until Hamas is disarmed,” Netanyahu said.
It should be noted that the plan envisaged the phased disarmament of Hamas and, in parallel, the phased withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip.
