"All settlements to be established in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts are planned based on sustainable development principles, and we carry out our daily activities in accordance with these principles. The resettlement of residents to Jabrayil and Zangilan cities, as well as Horovlu, Shukurbayli, Aghali and Mammadbəyli villages, has already been ensured. The resettlement process is currently continuing in Zangilan and Jabrayil cities."
Modern.az reports that these words were said by Vahid Hajiyev, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, in his speech at the opening of the VII Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth held in Zangilan.
He stated that construction and reconstruction projects are being intensively implemented in Mahruzlu and Zilanli villages of Gubadli district, Gubadli city, as well as in other villages and settlements: "Thousands of people already live in these areas, build prosperous lives and contribute to the socio-economic development of the region by operating in various fields."
