This time we are hosting a record number of participants (at WUF13).

Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said these words during his speech at the opening ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

"This is the second largest international event to be held in Azerbaijan after COP29," said the head of our state.
