He is reported to have passed confidential information about Beijing's missile and nuclear programs to US intelligence.
It should be recalled that Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission (member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China), and Liu Zhenli, chief of the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission, were arrested on suspicion of corruption.
