Iraq's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Sufiya Talib al-Suheil, has been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Modern.az reports that the Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry issued a statement regarding this. It was stated that a note of protest was presented to the diplomat in connection with drone attacks against the country's territory and the Persian Gulf states.
The document condemned the ongoing attacks and threats against the kingdom and the Persian Gulf countries.
The Saudi side emphasized that Iraq bears responsibility for preventing such attacks.
