A trilateral summit of the presidents of Russia, the United States and Ukraine can only be held to finalize the agreements reached.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, agreements on Ukraine cannot be a “simple deal”, because it is a complex process involving numerous details.
Peskov also noted that Russia is open to negotiations with Ukrainian representatives in Turkey, but currently there are no preconditions for this.
