Chinese President Xi Jinping has stated the importance of more effective use of military ties between the US and China.
Modern.az reports that he spoke about this during his meeting with US President Donald Trump in Beijing.
"The important consensus we have reached must be implemented, and political-diplomatic contacts and communication channels between the armed forces of the two countries must be used more effectively," the Chinese leader said.
Recall that Donald Trump's visit to China lasts from May 13 to 15. He is accompanied on the visit by the heads of major American companies. Among them are the heads of Tesla, Apple, Boeing, Goldman Sachs Group, Blackstone, BlackRock and Citigroup.
