The number of people killed as a result of the collapse of a nine-story building under construction in Angeles, Philippines, has reached 11, and 14 more people are considered missing.
According to Modern.az, the Fire Protection Bureau of the Central Luzon region, where the incident occurred, released information about this.
Rescue services continue to clear the debris of the collapsed structure as part of the search and rescue operation.
The building collapsed on the night of May 24, at which time there was information about four people being killed. Dozens of workers remained under the rubble, about 10 people were able to escape individually, and 26 more people were rescued from under the rubble in the first hours after the disaster.
In addition, a Malaysian citizen in a nearby hotel was injured and later died from his injuries.
