Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Armenia on holding democratic and free elections.

Modern.az reports that the Ukrainian President noted in his congratulatory message:

"I congratulate Armenia on holding democratic and free elections. This is also a victory for Armenia's sovereignty, independence, and the right to live as you choose," Zelensky said.
