Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory letter to Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia Day.
Modern.az reports that the letter was published in the Armenian media.
Pashinyan called Russia a friendly country.
“I am confident that the multifaceted ties between the peoples of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, as well as mutual readiness for an open and constructive dialogue based on respect for each other's sovereignty and state interests, will continue to contribute to strengthening cooperation and utilizing all opportunities for cooperation between our countries.
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, I wish you prosperity and success in your state activities, and the Russian people my best wishes and prosperity,” the Prime Minister said.
By the way, Nikol Pashinyan, who congratulated Putin, is also waiting for congratulations from the Russian leader. Pashinyan has not yet received the congratulations he expected from Putin on the occasion of his party's victory in the parliamentary elections held on June 7.
