The head of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration, Kirill Budanov, announced that he refused the Polish “Golden Officer's Cross” order.
Modern.az reports that Budanov wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“Unfortunately, Polish President Karol Navroski took an unfriendly step against our people by withdrawing the “Order of the White Eagle” previously presented to the President of Ukraine. Undoubtedly, this is a gift to the Moscow aggressor, and he will definitely use it against both countries,” Budanov emphasized.
According to him, the Ukrainian and Polish peoples are united by long-term relations and complex historical pages. However, this should be the basis for a deep understanding and objective assessment of history, not for “crude political manipulations.”
