US President Donald Trump said that a planned large-scale attack against Iran was not carried out at the last minute.
Modern.az reports that Trump spoke about this in a statement to journalists.
"It was going to be a massive attack. They asked us not to do it. They said: "Please, don't do this." Their neighbors said the same thing," the US president noted.
Trump added that the main goal now is to determine whether an agreement with Iran is possible.
"We'll just see if we can reach an agreement or not," he emphasized.
