A telephone conversation took place between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and US President Donald Trump.

According to the information, the parties discussed the role of the Washington Peace Summit in establishing real peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Also, during the conversation, the current state of implementation of the “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity” (TRIPP) project was discussed.
The leaders of the two countries confirmed their intention to start work on the construction of TRIPP in the near future.
Pashinyan thanked Trump for organizing the Washington Peace Summit at the White House on August 8, 2025, and for signing the joint declaration adopted by the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan as a witness.
