A demonstration was held in Plauen, Saxony, against Chancellor Friedrich Merz's government.

Modern.az reports that video footage of this has been circulated in the German media.

The demonstrators demanded early elections, lower electricity and gas prices, reforms in the public broadcasting system, and a stricter migration policy.
