"Today, Azerbaijani society is already adapting to live in the new reality and peace environment formed in the region. Important work has been done over the past year in terms of developing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia."
Modern.az reports that these thoughts were included in the letter sent by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to his American counterpart Donald Trump.
The letter also noted that restrictions on cargo transportation from Azerbaijan to Armenia were lifted, and Azerbaijani oil products, as well as grain and other products from third countries, began to be exported to Armenia through our country.
"We are witnessing the real benefits of peace in economic, trade and other areas, and we continue our efforts to further strengthen it, turn it into practical activity, and form an environment of mutual trust," the head of our state emphasized.
