A large-scale forest fire is raging in Stourbridge, West Midlands, England, and about 10 people have been injured.
Modern.az reports with reference to "Sky News" that the fire started in a grassy area near a golf course during the day and quickly spread to residential houses due to hot weather.
According to the West Midlands Fire Service, some of the houses were completely burned down. It was also reported that a temporary shelter center was created for residents who were forced to leave their homes.
It was noted that about 60 firefighters and 12 fire engines were involved in extinguishing the fire. Roads leading to the city are partially closed, and traffic jams are observed.
According to the latest information, three firefighters and one child were hospitalized, and six more people who were poisoned by smoke were given on-site assistance.
