US President Donald Trump has welcomed the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement signed between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan.
Modern.az reports that Trump shared this on his “Truth Social” account.
“I am very pleased to see Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan finally sign the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement recently,” Trump said.
The US President noted that this agreement shows that Middle Eastern countries are cooperating more closely and can defend themselves more effectively.
“This shows how the Middle East is uniting and how countries can finally defend themselves more effectively. I congratulate the great leadership of the three countries mentioned. This is a big, bold, and important first step!” Trump emphasized.
