Pezeshkian and Pashinyan went to Kyrgyzstan

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have traveled to Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.

Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that Masoud Pezeshkian departed for Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, accompanied by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.

The Iranian President's visit is reported to last two days. Pezeshkian will deliver a speech at the SCO heads of state summit in Bishkek.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also went to Kyrgyzstan for a two-day working visit.

Pashinyan will participate in the SCO summit meeting in the “SCO+” format and in events organized within its framework.

Within the framework of the visit, the Armenian Prime Minister is also expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings with his foreign counterparts.
