4 trucks carrying humanitarian aid allocated by Armenia for Lebanon crossed the Turkish border.
Modern.az reports with reference to Armenian media that the trucks crossed the Margara checkpoint on June 12 and left for Lebanon through Turkish territory.
The temporary opening of the borders took place based on the agreement reached as a result of negotiations between the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Turkish side.
The humanitarian cargo, totaling 80 tons, includes 38 tons of medicines and hygiene products, as well as 42 tons of food products (canned goods and perishable foods).
