On August 3, due to reconstruction works carried out on the 35 kV Khatai power transmission line based on the order of "Nakhchivan Energy" LLC of "AzerEnergy" OJSC, a temporary power outage will occur on the power lines fed from the 35/10 kV Khatai substation.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by the Nakhchivan Regional Energy Supply and Sales Department of "Azerishig" OJSC.
According to the information, in this regard, the supply of electricity through the "Mekteb", "Khatai" and "Asfalt zavod" overhead power transmission lines will be temporarily suspended from 05:00 to 07:00 tomorrow. As a result, there will be a temporary interruption in the supply of electricity in the 21st, 22nd, 35th, 36th, 48th, 49th, 50th and 52nd neighborhoods of Nakhchivan city, as well as on Abbas Zamanov and Khatai streets.
It should be noted that in order to increase the reliability of the energy supply system, repair, restoration and reconstruction works are being continued in stages on power transmission lines and substations. After the works are completed, subscribers in the mentioned areas will be provided with higher quality, uninterrupted and stable electricity.
