Pope Leo XIV congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Independence Day.
According to Modern.az, the congratulation says:

On the occasion of your national holiday, I am pleased to convey my wishes of solidarity and prosperity to Your Excellency and your people.
I pray to Almighty God to inspire Azerbaijanis to further develop their societies. May they always be advocates of peace, striving for the common good,
defending the dignity of every person, and helping those in need.
I wish divine blessings upon Your Excellency, those responsible for state affairs, and all your compatriots."
