An investigation has been launched into Rupert Matthews, the Police and Crime Commissioner in Britain.

Modern.az, citing "Daily Mail", reports that the reason for this was his request to an active police officer to organize a photoshoot similar to Vladimir Putin's shirtless photo on horseback.
