The OSCE Minsk Group was created to prevent these countries (co-chairs – USA, Russia, France) from allowing the resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
Modern.az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this on Public Television during pre-election debates.
He currently heads the list of candidates for deputy of the ruling “Civil Contract” party.
Pashinyan explained the reason for this by saying that the unresolved conflict suited the interests of those countries at different times.
