Iranian state television announced that unknown sounds were heard around Kish Island, and the cause of the incident is being investigated.
According to "Tasnim", explosion sounds were also recorded in the cities of Sirik and Minab in Hormozgan province. State television reported that at least three explosion sounds were heard in Sirik.
