Approximately 20 Iranian military advisers, including IRGC members, were killed as a result of strikes by the US and Saudi Arabia on targets in Iraq.
Modern.az reports that "The New York Times" published this information, citing a US official.
It was stated that the strikes were carried out on Tuesday evening. Among those killed were members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and technical specialists.
According to a US official, the main goal of the operation was to neutralize these individuals, as well as to weaken the missile and drone capabilities of Iranian-backed armed groups.
