Former Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan won the case against ex-president Robert Kocharyan in the Yerevan Court of First Instance.
Modern.az reports with reference to Armenian media that Robert Kocharyan sued Alen Simonyan, claiming that he tarnished his honor and business reputation.
The court ruled that there was no element of insult or slander in the speaker's speech.
