President Ilham Aliyev thanked Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

"Mr. President Masoud Pezeshkian, I thank you for your kind and sincere words about Azerbaijan. The people of Azerbaijan and Iran have always been by each other's side in difficult and challenging days. In the context of the recent events in our region, it was once again demonstrated that Azerbaijan is by the side of the brotherly Iranian people," the post noted.
