The US administration is preparing for larger-scale military operations against Iran.

According to the information, Washington is increasing its military presence in the Middle East for this purpose. Additional F-16 and F-35 fighters, as well as aerial refueling aircraft, are being sent to the region.
One of the publication's interlocutors stated that the US is not capable of waging a long-term and large-scale war. The reasons for this are the depletion of interceptor missile stocks for anti-missile defense systems, a shortage of long-range missiles, and problems with using military bases damaged by Iranian attacks.
At the same time, US military casualties are also increasing. The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on July 19 that another American serviceman had died in Iraq. This further increased the number of US servicemen killed in recent days.
According to sources, the Pentagon believes that Iran has begun to implement new tactics and technologies in recent months to overcome US air and missile defense systems deployed in the Middle East.
Experts say that news of Washington's military preparations indicates a further increase in tension in the region. At the same time, the US's military resources and logistical capabilities call into question the prospect of a long-term war.
