A mine incident resulting in injuries occurred in Khojavand region.

It was reported that the incident was recorded on August 2 in Khojavand region.
According to the information, Ahad Ahadov, born in 1985, an employee of one of the private companies involved in humanitarian mine clearance operations, stepped on an anti-personnel mine while performing his official duties. As a result, he sustained various degrees of bodily injuries.
The injured person was evacuated to the district central hospital. According to ANAMA, his condition is satisfactory, and there is no danger to his life.
