Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin described the explosion at a restaurant in the city center as a terrorist act.
Modern.az reports that Sobyanin stated this in his statement to local media representatives.
“Yesterday, a brutal act of terrorism was committed in Moscow, which claimed human lives. The victims are currently in city hospitals and are being provided with all necessary medical assistance. Law enforcement agencies are investigating all circumstances of the incident,” the mayor noted.
It should be recalled that yesterday, a homemade explosive device caused an explosion in one of the restaurants in the center of Moscow, the capital of Russia. As a result of the terrorist act committed at the “Balzi Rossi” restaurant, 5 people died and 19 people were injured.
