The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a person being in a helpless situation in a mountainous area with complex terrain in Tovladara village, Kalbajar region.
According to information provided to Modern.az by the Ministry, firefighters-rescuers of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately dispatched to the area.
The citizen - Farzaliyev Kamil Imamverdi oglu, born in 1967, who was in a helpless situation in a gorge approximately 100 meters deep in the mountainous area, was rescued by firefighters-rescuers using special rescue equipment.
