The "Civil Contract" Party, which forms the parliamentary majority in Armenia, has officially submitted Nikol Pashinyan's candidacy for the post of prime minister to the country's president.
Modern.az reports that the party, guided by Article 149 of the Armenian Constitution, submitted the necessary package of documents to the president for the implementation of the procedure for appointing the prime minister.
Thus, the procedure stipulated in the Constitution for the appointment of Nikol Pashinyan as prime minister has begun.
