It was stated that the process of acquiring 100 percent of the club's shares has already reached its final stage. The agreement was signed after reports emerged a week ago about a verbal agreement to acquire the club.
It should be noted that “CD Eldense” plays in the second division of Spain.
Messi has currently started to form a network of football clubs owned by him with the aim of developing his sports business.
For the club to be registered in Messi's name, the deal must be approved by the Spanish National Sports Council. Only after this will it be possible to transfer the club to the name of the Argentinian footballer.
