The US, UK, EU member states, Australia and a number of other countries have issued a joint statement regarding Iran's activities.
Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that the statement condemned Iran's alleged "deadly conspiracy plans" and other hostile activities carried out on the territory of Western countries.
The document named Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), its "Quds" forces and the Ministry of Intelligence. Western countries accused these organizations of planning murders, organizing kidnappings and conducting intimidation campaigns against dissidents, journalists and other individuals.
The joint statement called on the Iranian authorities to immediately stop such activities.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran must immediately stop these actions," the statement said.
