Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the possibility of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) expelling Armenia from membership.
Modern.az reports that the head of government stated this in his statement to journalists.
Pashinyan took a rather calm stance against the steps the organization would take:
"If the CSTO member states decide to expel Armenia from the organization, we will simply take this decision into account."
It should be noted that relations between Yerevan and the CSTO have been developing along a tense line recently. The Armenian side, claiming that the organization did not fulfill its security obligations, refused to participate in a number of events.
