The Kremlin has announced that it will closely monitor all information coming from the NATO summit in Ankara.

Modern.az reports that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, numerous statements regarding Russia were made during the preparation period for the summit.

“In the context of preparations for this summit, we heard many statements concerning our country. Unfortunately, these were not statements aimed at dialogue, but rather confrontational in nature. Now we will see what documents these will be reflected in and what will be said during the bilateral meetings held within the framework of the summit,” Peskov said.

It should be noted that the war in Ukraine, the Alliance's defense policy, and security measures against Russia are among the main topics of discussion at NATO's Ankara summit.
