Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Oleksandr Syrskyi, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces.
Modern.az reports with reference to Ukrainian media that according to the decision of the head of state, the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be Mykhailo Drapatyi, commander of the Joint Forces.
Oleksandr Syrskyi had been leading the Armed Forces of Ukraine since February 2024. He replaced Valerii Zaluzhnyi in this position.
