During the meeting between US President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, an agreement was reached to intensify the negotiation process towards ending the Russia-Ukraine war.
Modern.az reports that the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, shared this on his social media account.
He stated that he personally attended the meeting at the White House on Tuesday.
"We had a meaningful discussion around the diplomatic and security steps necessary for the approach of a just peace. An agreement was reached to intensify the negotiation process at all levels," Budanov noted.
However, he did not disclose what specific steps were envisioned.
