The names of the companies and organizations that pay the most taxes to the state budget in Azerbaijan have been announced. The top ten mainly include taxpayers operating in the oil and gas sector.
The State Tax Service provided statistics of the highest taxpayers in response to Modern.az's inquiry.
According to the information, the total amount of taxes paid by the top 10 taxpayers to the state budget amounted to 4 billion 786.2 million manats. The "Azneft" Production Union of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan ranked first in the list.

It is clear from the list that companies and organizations from the oil and gas sector dominate among the country's largest taxpayers.
