STATEMENT regarding those who bought tickets from Iranian airlines

Due to the sanctions imposed by the US on the aviation sector of the Islamic Republic of Iran, flights of Iranian airlines operating flights to the Republic of Azerbaijan have been suspended as of September 22, 2026.

This was reported to Modern.az by the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

Due to the existing restrictions, it is recommended to contact the relevant airlines and sales points where the tickets were purchased.
