In the 1/4 final stage of the Azerbaijan Cup, “Qarabağ” faced “Şamaxı” away.

Modern.az reports that in the match held at the "Şamaxı" city stadium, the Şamaxı team secured a 2:1 victory. 

Kərim Rossi scored the goals for the home team. He scored in the 26th and 41st minutes.

“Qarabağ”, however, was able to score one back with a goal scored by Musa Qurbanlı in the 79th minute.
