Khankendi is becoming a youth center.
Modern.az reports that Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev stated this during his speech at Karabakh University in Khankendi.
He noted that Khankendi is gaining a new life and becoming one of the most peaceful cities and youth centers in the South Caucasus.
"Overall, Karabakh is an area of innovation, development, construction, and restoration. In the last five years, Azerbaijan has focused its attention on these processes and represents one of the rare examples of post-conflict recovery, where the country is carrying out the restoration of territories almost from scratch using its own resources, financial capabilities, and institutional mechanisms," emphasized the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.
