Iran's Minister of Defense, Aziz Nasirzadeh, has made a statement regarding paid protesters.
According to Modern.az, the minister stated during his appearance on state television that protesters received between 500 and 3500 dollars for various crimes.
He noted that approximately 500 dollars were paid for burning police stations, and approximately 1500 dollars for burning cars. Protesters received 3500 dollars for murder.
"We have reliable information that the US, Israel, and some of their allies have established a center to assist separatists and terrorists. Donations for destructive activities in Iran have even been determined," Nasirzadeh was quoted as saying by Iranian state television.
