The REAL party operating in Azerbaijan has long since abandoned its youth organization.
Party chairman Natig Jafarli, who gave a statement to Modern.az on this matter, also explained the reasons for this step.
“The party does not have a youth organization. This is the party's own decision. In any case, the party itself consists mostly of young people. Therefore, there is no need to create a separate youth organization. The youth organization existed during the movement period, and its membership numbered 800 people. Young people have their own initiatives, and we participate. However, women's and youth sections are no longer accepted worldwide. The party prefers to work on projects as a single organism. As the REAL Party in Azerbaijan, we are also the first and only party that works on projects, i.e., topics,” he said.
